  Summary:

We're looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Assistant cum Graphic Designer to support our marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, designing visuals, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media.
• Work closely with the business development team to create marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Graphic Design:

• Design eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, social media posts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements.
• Work with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Social Media Marketing:

• Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build a strong online community.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suit: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
• Excellent attention to details, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong illustrations to complement design projects.
