• Create and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms to boost brand awareness, follower engagement, and lead generation.
   
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to continuously optimize strategy and content.
   
• Plan, launch and monitor paid social campaigns designed to generate high-quality traffic and conversion-ready leads.
   
• Write compelling social media copy and coordinate production of creative assets (visuals, videos) for both organic and paid content.
   
• Ensure website content is optimized for SEO to increase organic rankings and drive qualified traffic to conversion points.
   
• Stay ahead of digital marketing, platform algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
   
• Partner with creative teams to develop on-brand, high-impact content tailored for each platform’s audience.
   
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
   
• Typically minimum 5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing (for the Senior level); for non-senior roles, 1-3 years is acceptable.
   
• Demonstrated track record in lead generation, paid media campaigns and ROI-driven digital initiatives.
   
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — able to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
   
• Proficient with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
   
• Creative thinker with strong content development skills — able to translate ideas into engaging digital content.
   
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and ideally Mandarin.
   
• Experience with design/photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.
   
• Proactive, organised, creative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Team-oriented mindset yet able to execute independently when required.
