Job Description

Administrative & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing daily business documents, reports, proposals, and presentation materials 
  • Handle filing, data entry, documentation, and record management 
  • Support onboarding and coordination of new team members (training provided) 
  • Assist in managing operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist in sales coordination, customer follow-ups, and business communication 
  • Support marketing activities and campaign coordination 
  • Handle basic social media content editing and posting on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED) and Facebook 
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials, marketing content, and business updates 
  • Support lead tracking and customer database management

Executive & Personal Assistant Support

  • Manage Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements 
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, reminders, and follow-up actions 
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and executive documents 
  • Track action items and ensure tasks and deadlines are properly followed up 
  • Assist with confidential documents and sensitive information professionally 
  • Support ad-hoc assignments, special projects, and executive coordination tasks

General Support

  • Ensure smooth communication between management, internal teams, and external stakeholders 
  • Assist with occasional errands, meetings, or external visits when required 
  • Maintain proper organisation of documents and working files
