Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Participate in general administrative tasks and ad-hoc HR projects.


Job Requirements

Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Language: English, Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
