Job Description

  1. Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation
    - Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
    - Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
    - Research and analyse market trends to discover new business prospects.
  2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
    - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    - Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
    - Address client inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution
    - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
    - Track and analyse personal performance metrics and sales targets to ensure consistent improvement.
    - Guide prospects through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  4. Reporting & Collaboration
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
    - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and messaging.
    - Provide feedback and insights to the team to help improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Job Requirements

  • A customer orientation mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs with empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain services and solutions to customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying customer issues, analysing potential solutions, and providing effective resolutions that ensure satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated with a strong goal-oriented on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
