Job Description

1. User Research
   - Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continually refine and enhance design solutions.
   - Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
   - Analyse research findings to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
   - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
   - Use prototyping tools to demonstrate functionality and refine design ideas. 
3. Design and Development:
   - Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring an exceptional and seamless user experience.
   - Optimize existing UI components and design patterns to improve usability and user satisfaction.
   - Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. Collaboration
   - Work closely with frontend and backend software engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
   - Partner with the team to integrate best practices into design solutions, enhancing both user engagement and search engine performance.
5. Staying Up-to-Date with Trends
   - Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in UI/UX design.
   - Apply new knowledge to projects to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Job Requirements

• An open-minded mindset towards new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Deigner, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, with a focus on visually appealing interfaces, responsive websites, and interaction designs, all designed with users in mind. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
• Experience with in wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Positive attitude & ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• [Added Advantage] Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• [Added Advantage] Understand Mandarin to support Mandarin-Speaking Client.
