You will play an impactful role in developing future-ready digital leaders and talents that are empowered to lead humanised modern businesses and create unique value. Through this role, you will be able to stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to creating transformative solutions that shape the future of people development. Job Scope:

<li>Conduct research and analysis to support the development of brain-based learning solutions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create engaging learning materials, including scriptwriting for videos, e-learning content design, slide preparation and workbook development</li>
<li>Conduct literature review from credible sources and synthesise information effectively</li>
<li>Produce academic and social writings, reports, and content to share research insights</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest advancements in Brain Sciences to drive innovation</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to inform research development, ensuring alignment with organisational growth</li>
<li>(additional) Utilise data analytics to evaluate learner performance, content effectiveness, assessments, and feedback, to inform product development and personalisation strategies&nbsp;</li>
