You will play an impactful role in developing future-ready digital leaders and talents that are empowered to lead humanised modern businesses and create unique value. Job Scope:

<li>Conduct research and analysis to support the development of brain-based learning solutions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create engaging learning materials, including scriptwriting for videos, e-learning content design, slide preparation and workbook development</li>
<li>Conduct literature review from credible sources and synthesise information effectively</li>
<li>Produce academic and social writings, reports, and content to share research insights</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest advancements in Brain Sciences to drive innovation</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to inform research development, ensuring alignment with organisational growth</li>
<li>(additional) Utilise data analytics to evaluate learner performance, content effectiveness, assessments, and feedback, to inform product development and personalisation strategies&nbsp;</li>
