Job Scope:

• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of brain-based learning solutions 
• Create engaging learning materials, including scriptwriting for videos, e-learning content design, slide preparation and workbook development
• Conduct literature review from credible sources and synthesise information effectively
• Produce academic and social writings, reports, and content to share research insights
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest advancements in Brain Sciences to drive innovation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to inform research development, ensuring alignment with organisational growth
• (additional) Utilise data analytics to evaluate learner performance, content effectiveness, assessments, and feedback, to inform product development and personalisation strategies 

Job Requirements

Language / skills

• Strong research abilities and understanding in Brain Sciences & Education
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills 
• Above average computer skills with experience in Excel, Powerpoint & Word, and ability to communicate effectively through digital channels (email, video conference, online messaging)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• (optional) Good command of Mandarin Chinese and/or Malay

Experience / qualifications

• Experience in Brain Sciences or related field
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research 
• [Preferred] Prior experience in education
• [Preferred] Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate)
