Job Description

• Support and contribute to sales efforts across multiple channels and platforms.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, managing and fulfilling requests through social media and other digital platforms.
• Proactively contact customers to manage orders, coordinating with courier companies to ensure timely product delivery and follow-up.
• Oversee daily online sales activities for company products, including post-sale support, to achieve sales targets. This includes promptly responding to customer inquiries and managing orders effectively.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Sales & Digital Marketing.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Strong passion for Customer Service, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Hardworking, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
