Job Description

• Greet and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Handle cashier duties including payments and receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display and stock arrangement.
• Refill products and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Manage simple customer inquiries or issues professionally.
• Support any retail promotions, events or ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

• Must be punctual, presentable and trustworthy.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, energetic and customer-focused personality.
• Good communication skills.
