Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.

Ensure all staff complies with those regulations include compliance to Environmental regulations.

Advising the management on safety issue as well as developing health and safety policies and procedures.

Monitoring and controlling safety and compliance in the organization as per the Safety and Health Act 1994 and organization’s safety policy.

Carrying out safety inspection an internal audits and reporting to management with suggestions and measures for improvement.

Ensure preventive measures, administrative control and personal protective equipment are implement and used.

Investigate and report accidents and near misses.

Record keeping of all safety events, training and drills.

Conduct safety and health committee meetings regularly.

Assist all visiting government officer and consult related to safety, health and environment.
-
Submit annually the necessary documents to DOSH as required by the Act.

Liaise with Bomba on fire preventive, fighting and evacuation.
