<li>Report to Contract Division Manager.</li>
<li>Implement strategic plan, lead, organize, direct and control all operations with the administration of the division to ensure all key performance indexes are met.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the financial aspects of the projects such as progress claim, retention fund and payment collection arrangement.</li>
<li>Handle the contracts matter.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotation, responsible to review, evaluate and make recommendations on tenders' quotations submitted by sub-contractors.</li>
<li>Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to contracts and requirements of work</li>
<li>Implement all policies, activities, instructions as required by company's Quality Management System.</li>
<li>Identify training needs for the staff.</li>
<li>Maintain and disseminate drawing/ technical specification for Site Division.</li>
<li>Monitor progress of construction operation.</li>
<li>Identify and record any project quality problems.</li>
<li>Control any non-conformance of the project until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.</li>
<li>Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and quality standards.</li>
<li>Appointed as internal auditor.</li>
