Job Description

1. Report to Contract Division Manager.
2. Implement strategic plan, lead, organize, direct and control all operations with the administration of the division to ensure all key performance indexes are met.
3. Assist in managing the financial aspects of the projects such as progress claim, retention fund and payment collection arrangement.
4. Handle the contracts matter.
5. Prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotation, responsible to review, evaluate and make recommendations on tenders' quotations submitted by sub-contractors.
6. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to contracts and requirements of work
7. Implement all policies, activities, instructions as required by company's Quality Management System.
8. Identify training needs for the staff.
9. Maintain and disseminate drawing/ technical specification for Site Division.
10. Monitor progress of construction operation.
11. Identify and record any project quality problems.
12. Control any non-conformance of the project until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
13. Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and quality standards.
14. Appointed as internal auditor.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.
• At least 3-4years experience in relevant field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
