Job Description
Responsibilities
- To facilitate the implementation of safety & health procedures and conduct safety audits.
- Identify, investigate and report the causes of incidents & accidents and conduct risk assessments and facilitate training for employees with respect to all safety issues.
- Secretary in the minutes of safety & health committee meetings.
- Conduct safety inspections of emergency equipment such as firefighting equipment & first aid facilities.
- Responsible for preventing or reducing environmental risks and formulating environmental protections and procedures.
- Legislation applicable to the Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974.
- Report the performance of the environmental management system to top management as a basis for EMS improvement.
