Job Description
<ins>Recruitment</ins>
<ul>
<li>Develop relationships and work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their departments, hiring needs and job specifications, and to meet hiring goals and expectations.</li>
<li>Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, to find, hire, and retain quality candidates.</li>
<li>Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.</li>
<li>Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.</li>
<li>Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.</li>
<li>To organize and facilitate Orientation training for all new joiners.</li>
<li>To assist in crafting a comprehensive Onboarding process based on industry best practices.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Talent Development</ins>
<ul>
<li>To be the administrator and subject matter expert for the Performance Management System and ensure that the appraisal cycle is adhered to.</li>
<li>To assist in designing and executing a Learning and Development framework with emphasis in Learning Needs Analysis, Learning &amp; Development Calendar and Personal Development Plans.</li>
<li>To assist in crafting training content using instructional design methodologies and co-facilitating in-house training and learning programs.</li>
<li>To assist employees in sourcing and arranging for external and internal training programs, workshops, seminars etc. where the need arises.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Talent Retention and Engagement</ins>
<ul>
<li>To research, propose and carry out improvements relating to the overall Employee Experience from Day 1 to the last day of an employee.</li>
<li>To drive a company-wide employee engagement calendar and initiatives actively as part of the Employee Value Proposition.</li>
</ul>
<ins>HR Communication</ins>
<ul>
<li>To contribute, design, edit and publish written content, posters, buntings and other medium relating to HR initiatives, including HR newsletter/bulletin in the most expedient form for the consumption of all employees.</li>
<li>Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
