Job Description
- Construction cost management
- Preparation of cost estimation/project budget/cash flow based on preliminary or detail design
- Preparation of bill of quantities (BQ)/tender document and invite contractor to tender for the project
- Involved in tender evaluation and interview
- Preparation of contract document/letter award for the tendered project
- Involved in preparation of progress claim/progress certificate
- Conduct site valuation
- To source quotation from sub-contractors of various trades and evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the sub-contractors
- Pre and post contract administration and control
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years and above experience in related field
- Preferably specializing in Quantity Surveying for high rise residential building
- High integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and discipline
- Good communication skill, present pleasant attitude and co-operative
- Willing to travel and works in outstation
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
Salary : RM 2,000 – RM 3,000
