Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive will operate with a high degree of autonomy, independently managing the company's full set of accounts. This role serves as a vital financial pillar for the leadership team, providing critical support through timely management reporting, robust cash flow projections, and precise project costing. It is perfectly suited for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a hands-on environment with minimal supervision.
Financial Autonomy
Manage and execute the full set of accounts independently, ensuring strict compliance and timely financial reporting.
Executive Reporting
Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts and strategic financial summaries directly for the Managing Director.
Treasury & Cash Flow
Formulate reliable cash flow projections and meticulously monitor the company’s daily cash liquidity position.
Project Costing
Spearhead project costing, margin evaluation, and targeted financial analysis for high-value yacht sales and marine projects.
Global Trade Transactions
Oversee and account for multi-currency transactions, handling foreign exchange documentations seamlessly.
External Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, banking partners, suppliers, tax agents, and relevant statutory authorities.
Job Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar accounting or finance capacity, with a proven track record of managing full sets of accounts independently.
Technical Mastery
Advanced proficiency in modern accountaing software systems and Microsoft Excel. Deep familiarity with foreign currency transactions and exchange accounting is essential.
Financial Acumen
Strong capability in designing cash flow projections and handling complex project costing structures.
Industry Background
Prior experience in luxury retail, yachting/marine industries, trading, or capital-intensive project sectors will be a distinct advantage.
