Job Description

•  Provide continuous improvement processes and production yields in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on new product introductions.
• Provide engineering support and coordination during pilot run builds.
• Create and maintain Engineering drawings, ECN, and Work Instructions.
• Work closely with other departments to implement and coordinate new projects effectively.
• Troubleshoot daily production issues.
• Support company’s ISO procedures.
• Provide cross-functional support to select, approve, and develop suppliers to meet customer and business needs.
• Drive full assessment for effectiveness of supplier process control plans, measures, and activities.
• Use statistical techniques and professional independent judgment to analyze data for process improvement.
• Lead supplier process capability studies.
• Develop and implement procedures for new/improved supplier processes.
• Perform supplier Quality System audits.
• Perform corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.
• Perform quality audits on suppliers to assure products meet ISO and regulatory standards.
• Support company’s ISO procedures.
• Provide engineering support to incoming inspection including statistical analysis, measurement analysis, and inspection procedures.

Job Requirements

•  Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of 3D software (SolidWorks) and plastic injection is advantageous.
• Experience in quality management and supplier management.
• Languages: Mandarin(Preferred), Malay, English
