• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct product market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create engaging content across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
• Forge strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive digital engagement.
• Manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Lead negotiations with KOLs, vendors, and event partners.
• Coordinate on-ground events and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies with business objectives.
• Analyse KPIs to optimize KOL engagement and event initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and partnership-building experience.
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
