What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

A Recruitment Consultant is often mistaken for a Human Resources function. It is actually a sales based role! You are placing people in excellent jobs, and solving business problems for your clients.

It is a valued service. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will help employers find suitable talent and match candidates to specific jobs!

You will get the opportunity to meet and network widely with a diverse range of people in the marketplace. In this job you will need to be a confident person who enjoys sales and relates with all kinds of people everyday by phone and in person.

Job Requirements

You will need to be resourceful, build a strong candidate network and actively seek out top talent to match them to clients’ hiring needs.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese (will be a plus) 
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 - 2 years work experience are welcome to apply

*Successful applicant will be offered base salary + incentive
