<li>Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.</li>
<li>Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.</li>
<li>Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.</li>
