Job Description

• Manage recruitment for the group including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement, onboarding and etc.
• Discussing and establishing job descriptions, qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
• Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in in Finance / Economics / Accounting or relevant studies.
• Experience in recruiting engineering related position will be added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
