<ul><li>Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong relationships.</li><li>Understanding clients' event objectives requirements and budget constraints to create event concepts themes and strategies that align with their goals.</li><li>Managing the entire event planning and execution process coordinating with internal teams (production design marketing operations) to ensure smooth and efficient events within given timelines.</li><li>Conducting site visits negotiating contracts with vendors and managing supplier relationships.</li><li>Developing and managing event budgets for cost control and profitability.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell to existing clients driving revenue growth and participating in business development efforts (preparing proposals client presentations).</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.&nbsp;</li></ul>
