Job Description

  • Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understanding clients' event objectives requirements and budget constraints to create event concepts themes and strategies that align with their goals.
  • Managing the entire event planning and execution process coordinating with internal teams (production design marketing operations) to ensure smooth and efficient events within given timelines.
  • Conducting site visits negotiating contracts with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
  • Developing and managing event budgets for cost control and profitability.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell to existing clients driving revenue growth and participating in business development efforts (preparing proposals client presentations).
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management. 

Job Requirements

  • Preferred but not required: Experience in the event/exhibition industry. We are also interested in hearing from those passionate about creating impactful events. 
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize time effectively. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch events. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed. 
  • Proficient in English with preference for Mandarin. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
