Job Description

• Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live) to promote and sell company products.
• Present products in an engaging, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
• Interact with viewers in real-time to answer questions, address comments, and drive conversions.
• Plan and coordinate live session content with the marketing team.
• Track live performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a professional and friendly on-camera persona aligned with brand values.
• Assist with content creation for social media when not hosting live.
• Support e-commerce-related tasks (e.g., product uploads, order tracking, customer inquiries) during non-live hours.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in live hosting, sales, or customer engagement (e-commerce preferred).
• Confident, energetic, and presentable on camera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to think on the spot and handle live audience interaction effectively.
• Basic understanding of how e-commerce platforms and live selling tools work.
• Willingness to work on flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or during peak sales periods.
