Job Description
- Prepare accounts and administrative support and responsible for the day to day office.
- Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Prepare the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Filling and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Support audits and work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve queries.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in finance, accounting or any other related field.
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally
- Accepted Accounting (GAAP)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum two 2-5 years experience are required
- Other experience requirements; knowledge in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage
