Job Description

 To attend and coordinate all site matters between consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.

 Oversee work packages and work is delivered as per approved works specifications, quality, and work plan to meet project deadlines

 Primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the project between the contractors, clients and consultants

 Responsible for following up with and monitoring instructions and commitment by various parties

 Resolving site issues and providing early resolution to technical issues on site.

 Review contractors project execution plan, quality control plan, and other related documents

 Supervise execution of technical aspects of the project

 Representing client on all important meetings concerning the project.

 Monitor site progress and performances and report back to management.

Job Requirements

 Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering;

 Proficient in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia;

 Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field.

 Based in Seberang Perai, Penang.
