Job Description
You’ll be responsible for supporting and executing Phoenix’s digital presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Facebook and YouTube. From content ideas to execution, you’ll be part of building a brand that mothers genuinely love and connect with.
- Assist in planning and creating content (Reels, Posts, Stories, TikToks, Captions).
- Help manage content calendars and schedule postings.
- Engage with comments, DMs and build community interaction online
- Support basic Canva design / template editing for visuals.
- Track content performance & trends, suggesting improvements.
- Brainstorm campaign or viral concepts for launches or events.
Job Requirements
- Passion for social media, storytelling, lifestyle or wellness branding.
- Basic skills in Canva / CapCut / Reels editing is a plus.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to try new ideas without fear.
