Job Description

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Track and record all e-commerce transactions based on merchants.
• Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost and pricing
• Record cost information for use in controlling expenditures
• Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
• Making estimates of new and proposed products costs

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 solid years and above of Cost Accounting
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on the development and analysis of cost standards
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
