Job Description
- Assist in identifying business leads and arranging meetings with potential clients
- Support preparation of quotations and review basic agreements when required
- Help manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales order tracking
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media, emails, and other digital channels
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and collect insights for business or marketing strategies
- Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and sales/marketing collateral
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, inventory) to support business goals and operations
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Good communication and writing skills in English & Mandarin
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable multitasking across marketing and business-related tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
- Interest in technology, automation, and B2B industries
- Internship Period: Preferably 3 to 4 Months, from January 2026 to April 2026
