Pingspace, a robotics warehouse start-up is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to implement automation solution. We are on a mission to automate and simplify the warehouse industry through automation and robotics. Our systems cover a wide range of business and technology areas including warehouse management systems, workflow management, inventory management system, and AGV traffic control.

Within Pingspace, engineers are working on a variety of problems: distributed systems reliability, machine learning, database design, and performance workflow management. 

Job Description :

You will be responsible to assist Project Manager planning, executing, and completing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality and technical specifications. You will communicate with both hardware, software, internal cross function and vendor during the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate project details and scope to teams and customer.
• Attending site visit prior to project kick off, project meeting whenever required
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, system and vendor, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate and plan on changes and gain customer approval.
• Plan smooth installations with internal and vendor
• Monitoring on-going project progress and handle any issues arise.

Job Requirements

• Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering background
• Basic understanding on CAD drawing.
• Experience in automation implementation will be added advantage
• Willing to work extra hours and support on weekend or public holiday if required.
• Willing to travel
• Possess own transport
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills:

• Good computer literacy and excellent Microsoft Office
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese (will be added advantage).
