Job Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and implement paid marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
• Build, train and manage a close-knit team of digital marketing executives
• Conceptualise creative marketing ideas and optimise performance-driven campaigns
• Tailor localised marketing messages to increase our presence and market share in Malaysia
• Write and edit compelling long-form direct-response copy in formats including ads, video scripts, landing pages, sales pages, emails, and more
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as video ads, e-books, short courses, and more
• Manage ad budgets, analyse campaign numbers, and conduct rigorous A/B testing to maximize return on ad spend
• Conduct market research, design surveys, and engage in direct conversations to gain insights into our customers’ psychology
• Constantly look out for and explore new digital marketing trends and opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & skills

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Experience in leading a digital marketing team
• Experience in marketing for financial and/or education industries
• Bonus points if you’re a pro at: Meta Ads, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot CMS
