In this role, you'll craft innovative designs for internal communications, amplify our brand’s visual identity, and ensure all outputs are on-brand and impactful. <p><strong>The Job:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop creative and original designs for Pixlr group brands, focusing on internal communication materials in both digital and printed formats, as well as BTL marketing materials.</li>
<li>Assist in designing and developing a variety of templates and elements that enhance the brand’s visual language.</li>
<li>Efficiency of using the Pixlr group’s online editing tools (Pixlr, Designs.ai, Vectr) as the primary medium for creating quality output designs.</li>
<li>Conceptualize and implement visually compelling design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and identity.</li>
<li>Ensure that all design outputs consistently and accurately reflect the brand identity and ethos.</li>
<li>Write and integrate cohesive and brand-aligned copy into design elements, ensuring a harmonious blend of text and visuals.</li>
<li>Oversee and strategically plan content projects, managing them from the initial concept to final delivery. Ensure that all projects align with brand requirements and are executed to a high-quality standard.</li>
<li>Manage and streamline the Content Management System, ensuring efficient handling and organization of content.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and integrate feedback into design work.</li>
<li>Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and advancements in AI tools, integrating these into design work where applicable.</li>
</ul>
