&nbsp;We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Pixlr’s products and programmes by owning the sales pipeline, closing deals, and leading a sales team to consistently meet targets. This role works closely with Marketing, Product, and Support to convert opportunities, grow accounts, and improve sales performance across markets.

The Job:
1. Sales Strategy Execution &amp; Revenue Growth
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across Pixlr’s products and programs in targeted markets.</li>
<li>Lead efforts to identify and engage key prospects, cultivating long-term partnerships and closing high-value sales.</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent and efficient sales process.</li>
</ul>
2. Client &amp; Account Relationship Management
<ul>
<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business opportunities and customer loyalty.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving satisfaction with Pixlr’s offerings.</li>
<li>Manage the expansion of key accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.</li>
</ul>
3. Sales Pipeline Management &amp; Opportunity Generation
<ul>
<li>Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.</li>
<li>Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to identify and convert opportunities in key markets and industries.</li>
<li>Provide forecasting, reporting, and insight into the sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.</li>

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Alignment
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure a seamless go-to-market execution and alignment of sales efforts with corporate objectives.</li>
<li>Drive cross-functional alignment for key projects, initiatives, and market expansion efforts, ensuring smooth sales operations.</li>
</ul>
5. Sales Team Leadership &amp; Performance Coaching
<ul>
<li>Lead and coach the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive results.</li>
<li>Set performance metrics and monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.</li>
<li>Establish sales best practices and workflows to optimize the team’s productivity and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
6. Market Research &amp; Competitive Positioning
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics, pricing models, and product positioning.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies.</li>
<li>Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market entry points to drive growth and profitability.</li>

7. Business Proposal Development &amp; Negotiation

<li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, partnership decks, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs and business objectives.</li>
<li>Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that minimize risk and maximize profitability.</li>
