Job Description

• Identifying and developing relationship with new and existing clients and merchants.
• Interacting and managing customers’ feedback to understand and support their needs and requirements.
• Developing and maintaining good customer relationship.
• Handling and managing office work and reports required by the clients.
• Leading and coordinating overall project discussions and implementations with clients.
• Working closely with processing, operations and development team in providing good services and customer experience.
• Assisting and performing any other tasks or assignment as may be requested by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduates with demonstrable skills in supporting performance management are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year experience in similar business position will be added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin both verbally and in written format.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and co-ordinate workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Possess good time management skills, fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
