The Associate,Social Media role under our social change impact agency, Ratio:Cause will be responsible for amplifying our mission, engaging with our audience and driving our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation and analytics with a passion for social justice, environment, and civic engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s social channels (RatioCause, Project Liber8 and other related programme social platforms), ensuring the visual is appealing and eye-catching, and adopting content trends relevant to our audience. This role includes planning, creating, and executing highly engaged, innovative social media and digital content across all social media platforms and amplifying brand awareness.

<ins>Key Responsibilities</ins>
Social Media Strategy Development
<ul>
<li>Research social media trends, including target audience’s behaviour, competitor analysis (in terms of issue focused/relevancy), and activities.</li>
<li>Develop social media strategies, identifying key platforms and content pillars.</li>
<li>Establish clear, measurable goals for social media performance, such as follower growth and engagement rates.</li>
<li>Support the design and implementation of social media campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and campaign launches.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure the brand remains relevant.</li>
<li>Manage and track social media campaign budget and optimise impact results&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Content Creation and Management
<ul>
<li>Ideate and create creative concepts and strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to showcase issues and campaigns we are working on along with building brand awareness.</li>
<li>Film, edit, and upload short-form engaging content across all social media platforms in a timeline manner.</li>
<li>Develop, plan, and maintain a monthly content calendar, and advanced calendar planning.</li>
<li>Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts that appeal to the target audience.</li>
</ul>
Community Engagement
<ul>
<li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags across all social media platforms, fostering positive interactions.</li>
<li>Drive and manage community engagement and growth, monitoring feedback and interacting with the community across multiple social media platforms encouraging brand loyalty. Plan, coordinate, and execute social media activities, events, and social media activations.</li>
<li>Gather and analyse feedback from social media interactions to inform product development and customer service improvements.</li>
</ul>
Performance Analytics and Reporting
<ul>
<li>Track and analyse social media metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and reach using tools like Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights into what is working and where there are opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and content.</li>
</ul>
