1. Start a New Academic Journal, ISBN and Scopus processes
2. Scopus listing on SCIMAGOJR and communications for global acquisition of Academic journals
3. Shortlisting and communicating with all universities to acquire Academic Journals
4. Building up International Editorial Board with multi-level Professionals
5. Understanding the processes of WoS/Scopus Journal Process.
6. Understand scholarone processes and start MYCITE and SCOPUS CITE process
7. Establish Academic Journal Publication Full Process (start to end process)
8. Handling Academic Journal Publication Consultation
9. Sale for potential client and handling after sale full process
10. Handling New Journal Launch processes

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Open for Degree/ Master holders, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
2. Not OPEN for PhD holders as they would overqualified. 
3. Knowledge in Postgraduate Research Journey (Master and PhD)- REQUIRED
4. Prior Academic Research (Journal/ Thesis/Article) - REQUIRED
5. Knowledge in Master and PhD research framework - REQUIRED
6. Knowledge in SCOPUS and WoS - REQUIRED
7. Excellent communication skills, English and BM (Both in writing and conversation)
8. Microsoft Excel Pro-level skills would be a HUGE advantage. 
9. NO PERSONAL PHONE USAGE during WORKING HOURS. A business phone will be given, and family members can be contacted for emergencies. 
10. Highly organized and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
11. Problem-solving and ability to use own initiative
12. Strong Social and Communication Skills. If you are very sensitive to criticism, do not apply. 
13. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
14. Meticulous attention to detail
