Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the processes of the Journal/ Thesis/ Article/ Manuscript Proofreading Process.
2. Dealing with the client (sales, client request, maintaning an after-sales relationship with the clients)
3. Prepare quotation/ invoice/ receipt for clients
4. Be part of the sales team in identifying opportunities with new and existing clients
5. Handling internal after-sales process (full process)
6. Updating and maintaning the company database in an orderly manner
7. Ad-hoc task related to sales
8. Cold calling tasks

Job Requirements

1. Open for Degree/ Master holders, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
2. Knowledge in Postgraduate Research Journey and research Framework (Master and PhD)- ADDED ADVANTAGE
3. Excellent communication skills, English and Malay (both in writing and conversation)
4. Able to deliver exceptional customer services
5. Knowledge in SCOPUS and WoS - ADDED ADVANTAGE
6. Microsoft Excel Pro-level skills would be a HUGE advantage.
7. NO PERSONAL PHONE USAGE during WORKING HOURS. A business phone will be given, and family members can be contacted for emergencies.
8. Highly organized and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
9. Problem-solving and ability to use own initiative
10. Strong Social and Communication Skills. If you are very sensitive to criticism, do not apply.
11. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
12. Meticulous attention to detail

Salary:

RM 2,800 to RM 3,500 (NEGOTIABLE based on your experiences)

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm

Saturday: Minimum Twice/ month
