Job Description

• Perform full sets account such as data entry, document processing bookkeeping and etc.
• Update and maintain accurate accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Assist in Account Receivable (AR) & Account Payable (AP).
• Perform month-end closing of accounts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and bank reconciliation.
• Journal Vouchers: Prepare and review Journal Vouchers (JVs) for month-end entries.
• Account Reconciliation: Ensure Ledger Balance, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable are reconciled.
• Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.
• Prepare cash flow accounts, monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
• Maintain the proper document control and filing record (physical and digital records).
• Liaise with company’s bankers, auditors, tax agent and company secretary.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

•  A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications like LCCI, ACCA, or CIMA are welcomed but not mandatory.
•  Fresh graduates with strong learning skills are encouraged to apply.
•  Basic IT knowledge and technique on Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (Autocount & Mhub software).
•  Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation flow.
•  An eye for detail and be highly organized.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•  Ability to prioritize work and to multitask.
•  Good communication capabilities, ability to convey ideas to anyone in company.
•  A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
