Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP), perform month-end closing, and prepare Journal Vouchers (JVs).
  处理全盘账务（应收与应付账款），执行月底结账，并准备记账凭证（JVs）。
  
• Prepare monthly management reports, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure general ledgers are fully reconciled.
  准备每月管理报告，进行银行对账，并确保总分类账完全对账。
  
• Manage cash flow, handle collections, process payments, and track financial data efficiently.
  管理现金流、处理收款、安排付款，并高效追踪财务数据。
  
• Accurately input data into the accounting system, and keep all physical and digital files well-organized.
  准确将会计数据输入系统，并整理好所有实体和电子文件。
  
• Liaise with company bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
  与银行、审计师、税务代理及公司秘书对接。
  
• Undertake any other accounting duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  执行上级指派的其他会计相关任务。

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  必须具备流利的中文能力，以便与讲中文的相关人员进行有效沟通。
  
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (LCCI, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications are an added advantage).
  拥有会计、金融或相关领域的文凭或学士学位（具备 LCCI、ACCA 或 CIMA 资格者为佳）。
  
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (AutoCount & MHub are a plus).
  熟练使用 Microsoft Office 及会计软件（具备 AutoCount 与 MHub 使用经验者优先考虑）。
  
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and documentation flow.
  具备扎实的基本会计原理和文件流程知识。
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
