Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
  管理招聘、入职、薪酬协调、员工关系和绩效管理。

• Advise staff and management on HR policies, and work with Department Heads to plan for manpower and training needs.
  人力资源政策向员工和管理层提供建议，并与部门主管合作规划人力和培训需求。

• Ensure strict compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, while accurately maintaining all employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  确保严格遵守马来西亚《1955年雇佣法令》，同时准确维护所有员工记录、休假管理和人力资源文件。

• Help formulate HR policies that support business goals, and organize employee engagement events, welfare programs, and training workshops.
  协助制定支持业务目标的人力资源政策，并组织员工互动活动、福利项目和培训研讨会。

• Support management with performance appraisal exercises and regular HR reporting.
  协助管理层进行绩效评估工作和定期的人力资源汇报。

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 职位要求：

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  人力资源管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience with a strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and best practices.
  2至3年相关人力资源经验，对马来西亚雇佣法律和最佳实践有深入了解。

• Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  必须具备流利的中文能力，以便与讲中文的客户进行有效沟通。

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly across all levels of the company.

• Proactive, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
