• You'll receive a Basic Salary + Commission
  
• Close sales and drive growth by converting company-provided, high-quality leads into successful property transactions. (P.S.: You don't have to do cold calling)

• Build long-term relationships by guiding buyers smoothly through their entire property purchasing process.
  了解客户需求，引导客户顺利完成整个购房流程，并建立长期的良好关系。
  
• Effectively market competitively priced and highly demanded properties alongside a dynamic sales team.
  与充满活力的销售团队合作，有效推广极具市场竞争力和高需求的房产项目。
  
• Work closely with the project, marketing, and operations departments to ensure seamless sales execution and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  与内部的项目、市场营销和运营部门紧密合作，确保顺畅的销售执行和极高的客户满意度。
  
• Prepare and manage necessary sales documentation and reports with guidance and support from management.
  管理层的指导与协助下，准备并管理销售文件与报告。
  
• Stay updated on banking, legal, and regulatory procedures to provide confident and accurate advice to clients.
  紧跟银行贷款、法律及合规程序的最新动态，为客户提供充满信心且准确的专业建议。

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Finance, or related field.
  拥有工商管理、市场营销、房地产管理、物业管理、金融或相关领域的文凭或学士学位。
  
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Relevant sales experience is an added advantage.
  具备相关销售经验者为佳。
  
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
