Job Description

• To handle day to day accounting functions such as cashbook, payment processing and daily banking transactions in an effective manner.     
• Assist Senior Finance Executive in AR/AP matters and handling Administrative functions of the company .
• Data entry and preparation of all documentation relating to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Cashbook.    
• Follow up closely on due date invoices and bad debt customer.     
• To ensure that overall accounts activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.        
• Maintain a good and accurate filling system for easy access and retrieval.    
• Involve in ad hoc assignments from time to time.        

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least min SPM / LCCI / Diploma in equivalent studies.   
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.    
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.   
• High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and sense of urgency. Committed to meet deadlines.      
• Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel and SQL Accounting System.   
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
