Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern to assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and social media marketing. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn how paid ads work and gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Support

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ads.
• Help with audience research and targeting.
• Track ad performance and compile basic reports.

Creative & Ad Content

• Help source and organize ad creatives (images, videos, and captions).
• Assist in testing different ad creatives and copy to improve performance.

Campaign & Affiliate Management

• Support in launching ad campaigns for promotions and product launches.
• Ensure budgets are properly allocated across campaigns.
• Assist in managing affiliate partnerships, including communication with affiliates and tracking their performance.
• Help onboard new affiliates by providing guidelines, assets, and tracking links.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating insights for optimization.
• Compile and present weekly performance reports with key takeaways.
• Track affiliate sales and performance metrics, generating monthly reports on revenue, engagement, and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager is a plus (training will be provided).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for trending content.
