We’re looking for a Content Creator who thrives in the production space, someone who understands the creative vision, prepares with intention, and handles coordination with warmth, clarity, and care.

Your Responsibilities

Pre-Production with Purpose

• Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that align with the brief and brand
• Understand creative concepts and work closely with writers, directors, and producers to translate ideas into production plans
• Prepare shoot-ready documents: call sheets, production breakdowns, shot lists, timelines
• Scout and propose suitable shoot locations, understanding both creative needs and logistical feasibility
• Source and propose suitable on-screen talent, VO artists, or models as needed
  

On-Site Shoot Coordination

• Support the team during shoot days, making sure everything runs on time
• Manage talent arrival, logistics, and overall shoot flow
• Communicate with the client and help guide them through the production process
• Solve on-site issues calmly and professionally
   

Team Support Related to Video Shoot & Pre-Production

• Coordinate between the creative team and client to ensure everyone is aligned
• Anticipate client needs and provide support throughout the production journey
• Help the team maintain a smooth flow of work and informationensuring the vision is executed with care
   

Communication Flow Related to Video Shoot & Pre-Production

• Support clients by guiding them through the production process in a clear, human way
• Anticipate needs before they’re spoken whether it’s a talent cue, an extra copy of the storyboard, or a moment of reassurance
• Bridge the gap between creative, production, and client-facing teams
• Ensure everyone stays aligned, informed, and supported
   

Job Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You...

• Have 1–3 years of experience in video, content, or production (agency experience is a plus)
• Are organized and proactive, but know how to adapt when things shift
• Care about communication not just what’s said, but how it’s said
• Are calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and able to keep everyone moving together
• Understand that the work is only as good as the energy behind it
• Bonus: You’re familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, or Trello
