And behind every powerful story is a well-prepared shoot. We’re looking for a Content Creator who thrives in the production space, someone who understands the creative vision, prepares with intention, and handles coordination with warmth, clarity, and care.

<h2>Your Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Pre-Production with Purpose</h3>
<ul>
<li>Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that align with the brief and brand</li>
<li>Understand creative concepts and work closely with writers, directors, and producers to translate ideas into production plans</li>
<li>Prepare shoot-ready documents: call sheets, production breakdowns, shot lists, timelines</li>
<li>Scout and propose suitable shoot locations, understanding both creative needs and logistical feasibility</li>
<li>Source and propose suitable on-screen talent, VO artists, or models as needed </li>
</ul>
<h3>On-Site Shoot Coordination</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support the team during shoot days, making sure everything runs on time</li>
<li>Manage talent arrival, logistics, and overall shoot flow</li>
<li>Communicate with the client and help guide them through the production process</li>
<li>Solve on-site issues calmly and professionally &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Team Support Related to Video Shoot &amp; Pre-Production</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate between the creative team and client to ensure everyone is aligned</li>
<li>Anticipate client needs and provide support throughout the production journey</li>
<li>Help the team maintain a smooth flow of work and informationensuring the vision is executed with care &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Communication Flow Related to Video Shoot &amp; Pre-Production</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support clients by guiding them through the production process in a clear, human way</li>
<li>Anticipate needs before they’re spoken whether it’s a talent cue, an extra copy of the storyboard, or a moment of reassurance</li>
<li>Bridge the gap between creative, production, and client-facing teams</li>
<li>Ensure everyone stays aligned, informed, and supported &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
