Job Description
Marketing/PR Team:
- To assist in working closely with the internal and external parties to plan and execute growth strategies
- To assist in supporting brand development in key target markets
- To assist in maintaining a positive and productive relationship with partners.
- To assist in performing market analysis including analysis on competitors.
- To work with internal teams to develop marketing plans and coordinate promotional activities such as trade shows or events.
Customer Service Team:
- To familiarize yourself with the prepared SOP on covered scenarios on handling emails, processing pending orders and answering general inquiries.
- To update daily listing for day-to-day operations according to the given requirement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese/Mandarin will be an added advantage for customer service team to liaise with China Region.
- CGPA of 3.0 and above is preferred for the internship role.
