<li><strong>Leadership</strong>: Leading a team of software developers and ensuring that software projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Planning and Execution</strong>: Planning, executing, and closing projects, which involves defining project scope, creating schedules, allocating resources, managing risks, and monitoring progress.</li>
<li><strong>Communication</strong>: Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members, to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Oversight</strong>: Having a deep understanding of software development methodologies and tools to guide the technical direction of the project.</li>
<li><strong>Budget Management</strong>: Managing project budgets and resources to ensure the timely completion of milestones.</li>
<li><strong>Quality Assurance</strong>: Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products at all stages of completion.</li>
