Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline) 
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 
• Help with simple graphic design, photos, and videos for marketing use 
• Support promotions, product launches, and branding activities 
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis 
• Assist the sales team with marketing materials and events 
• Track and report basic marketing performance (engagement, reach, leads)

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields 
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing 
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn 
• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus) 
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage
