Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Help with simple graphic design, photos, and videos for marketing use
- Support promotions, product launches, and branding activities
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Assist the sales team with marketing materials and events
- Track and report basic marketing performance (engagement, reach, leads)
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage
