Duties and responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Monitor risk registers and analyse risk metrics to identify areas of concern.</li>
<li>Report on risk status, trends, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Interpret laws, regulations, contracts to determine compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Establish controls and procedures to adhere to compliance obligations.</li>
<li>Develop inspection plans and audit protocols to validate compliance.</li>
<li>Design project governance framework including quality gates, KPIs, control processes.</li>
<li>Lead governance team meetings and manage control/oversight processes.</li>
<li>Identify non-conformances and enforce remediation actions.&nbsp;</li>
