ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN BHD is seeking passionate Service Crew to join our team at our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic café and restaurant environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Position level and salary will be based on experience and performance during the interview.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in food and drink preparation when required.
• Support daily operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Guide and assist junior team members (for Senior Service Crew role).

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in café, restaurant, or F&B service.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customers professionally.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
• Malaysian candidates only.
• For Senior position, leadership or team-handling experience is an advantage.
