About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Intern to support our team in delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer interactions, problem-solving, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email or live chat.</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for improving service.</li>
<li>Support the team in tracking and resolving customer complaints.</li>
<li>Help create and update FAQs, guides, and other support materials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.</li>
<li>Perform administrative tasks related to customer support.</li>
