<li>Record and update customer details and issues properly.</li>
<li>Follow up to make sure customer problems are solved.</li>
<li>Inform the supervisor or related department if the issue needs further attention.</li>
<li>Collect customer feedback to help improve our service.</li>
<li>Stay updated with company products and policies.</li>
<li>Support customer loyalty programs and assist with points or redemptions.</li>
<li>Work together with other team members to ensure customers have a good experience.</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.</li>
