Job Description
Sales Control AI is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive manual testing of our SaaS application to ensure optimal functionality and an exceptional user experience. While the primary focus is on manual testing, experience with automation testing is highly advantageous. A deep understanding of our product is essential, enabling the QA Engineer to assess feature completeness and usability from our customers' perspectives.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on manual testing; experience in automation testing is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases; familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Product Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and understand complex software products to effectively assess feature implementation and usability.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to identify subtle issues that may affect user experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
